Made from Eco Friendly, sustainable Malaysian Oak or Parawood. This is a medium density hardwood obtained from the rubber tree. After 20-25 years, when all the latex/rubber has been extracted from the wood, the tree is cut down and a new tree is planted. Therefore it is considered an environmentally friendly or sustainable wood. The wood is now used extensively in making indoor furniture.
